- Applicants must provide a correct email address, as the e-Visa will be sent to the provided email address to ensure privacy and prevent data theft.
Terms and Conditions Related to Entry into India
- Obtaining an e-Visa does not guarantee access to Indian territory. Immigration officers at designated airports and seaports hold the authority to deny entry without providing specific reasons.
- International tourists are permitted to engage only in activities specified by the e-Visa.
- e-Visas are valid for 60 days from the date of arrival in India, and extensions are not permitted.
- e-Visa holders are prohibited from accessing sensitive or restricted areas in India and may face prosecution for violations.
- e-Tourist and e-Business visas allow for double entry, while e-Medical visas permit triple entry.
- Entry is allowed only at designated airports and seaports, as listed in the Instructions for Applicants section.
- International travelers must comply with local administration instructions; failure to do so may result in deportation.

Indemnity
You agree to protect, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuickTripVisa and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers from any claims, demands, costs, expenses, losses, liabilities, and damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising directly or indirectly from:

- Your violation of any provision of this Agreement or any policies or agreements incorporated herein; and/or
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
The indemnification obligations shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or your use of this Site or the Services found at this Site.
Successors and Assigns
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns.
Exclusive Jurisdiction Clause
Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any suit, action, or proceedings, and/or to settle any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement or its formation or validity.
